I had already come before and knew that if I ever had an issue, I would come back here again.My windshield wasn’t in stock but they were able to order one same day. I came back about 3 hours later and they had it. I was out in about 45 minutes. The price was great and both people working the desk are friendly!Will always recommend to others.

So i get my windshield broken from a rock coming back from work, i start looking for affordable place make lots of calls till i get to Jacobs auto glass price was about half of the other companies they have the glass in stock they give me directions after 20 min drive i get there and everyone was so kind and ready to work my car was ready in exactly 45 min Walter was keeping me update of the process im really happy i get to do it here really honest people ready to help, hope i dont need them again but if i do im coming back here

Only place that I could find that would replace my rear power window regulator on a Tesla Model S outside of Tesla. They asked me to find the part which I did at the Tesla Service Center, and brought it in to Walter and his team. They replaced it in less than an hour and charged a fair honest price. I highly recommend this shop.

Needed to replace my windshield on my vehicle and luckily a quick google search helped me find this place. Super friendly and gave a price over the phone that they honored in person(no bait and switch on price like some places) They were able to get me in same day(on a Saturday) and I was in and out in about 1.5 hours. Not bad for same day services if you ask me.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I have had my truck broken into twice. The most recent time, I called as soon as it happened and they had my truck in and fixed within the hour. Their customer service was 5 star as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are super nice, got to my van fast. It took a while to fix because where I live someone during the night. Smashed our window on the driver side back the sliding door. Yes it takes forever to replace sliding door windows. Best place to go. Everyone wanted $285 plus. This place only charged me $165. I have a 2008 honda odyssey ex-l.

This is my 2nd time having a windshield replaced at Jacobs & I’ve received impeccable service both times. I am one to call around to make sure I’m getting the best rate & both times I was quoted a price right over the phone that blew all of the competition out of the water ! Being a Saab owner, I'm extremely picky as to whom I allow to work on my car. Jacob's Low Price Auto Glass came highly recommended by my neighbor who had used them for 3 of their vehicles. What a Godsend! I was previously quoted by other companies of close to $300 for a front windshield which was an absolute joke. I walked out of here paying $195. They were a pleasure to do business with and efficient as well. I will continue to recommend them to others and always keep them in mind if the need may ever arise again. Thanks again!

Jacob’s was by far the lowest price across the whole metroplex ($245 vs prices upwards of $325 and $485). They were quick to respond and made sure they ordered the correct windshield (as ours has a Lane Assist camera that requires a special windshield). We were in and out in less than 30 mins and the staff were super nice as they explained all precautions to us. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. To start with, I called safelite to get a quote and it was $467. Then I started shopping around and found this place. When I get the quote from them it was $169…WHAT? I called ahead to initiate the order so the windshield would be available and it arrived later on that day so I headed up for the installation. They got me in right away and got started. They got the old one removed, but unfortunately when they went to put the new one in the tech banged it on something and put a very small chip in the edge. The owner, very appologetically came and let me know what had happened and that he had sent his tech to go pick up a new one. It was no big deal, stuff happens, right? While I waited, the owner offered to buy me lunch since I was sitting up there. I had already eaten, so I declined, but how nice was that for them to do? Within an hour of the owner letting me know about the mishap they had gone and gotten the new one, installed it, and sent me on my way. From a customer service perspective I just don’t know how it could have been better. Obviously from a cost perspective it was a 10 out of 10 as well. Amazing experience! I will NEVER do business anywhere else.

My barber had told me about this place. So I went to visit and Mr. Walter was absolutely wonderful. I had an issue with my right rear passenger window. But I wasn't there long. From a customer service perspective: I was quite pleased with the service that I may come back again if I have any issues with my window.It was a bummer that they dont fix power windows on weekend days.But overall It was a great experience and Mr. Walter knows his stuff.

If anybody need new glass work done on their car this is the place. Professional, nice, and they love God 🙌🏾. I tried Safelite and they wanted 4 times as much as this place was charging. I was blessed to be recommended this place, so now I’m recommending it to everyone else. Everybody in the building was nice and they actually smile, which can be uncommon in some places. Plus it only took like 2-3 hours for all the work to be completed. I’ll post some before and after pictures. Hopefully I won’t need to come back, but if I do, this is the place I’ll be returning to.

This shop was a very pleasant surprise. I needed to replace the windshield on a 2005 Ram 3500 pickup. Safelite quoted me at $459. These guys had me out the door for about $150. They literally saved me $300, and they did it expertly and with a smile. A classy, friendly operation all around. My dog like them as well. 🙂

I needed the windshield on my Altima changed last week, so I called them up and they told me that they have my windshield at the shop and to come right down. The service was quite quick, I was in and out in around 30 mins, their price was a lot better than all the other places I checked and the customer service was great too. I don't typically leave reviews of places, but I was blown away by this location and their team. They happened to have my windshield glass in stock and it only took about an hour to get it taken care of. The man who I spoke with in the office was super friendly, and the prices were hands down the best around. I got a quote from other places for about $500+ and they did mine here for a fraction of this. The work done has a warranty, which in itself is amazing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing to get glass work done. I would go back again without a doubt.

I couldn’t recommend this place more, I had a crack on my windshield and wanted it replaced before it got worse. Called around for estimates all over $400, when I called here it was a fraction of the other places costs. Came in and had my windshield ordered within a day and when I came in to get it installed it took less than an hour and came out great! Very simple, very well priced and quick, would recommend!

I think this past winter was so cold that the adhesive that holds the windshield together somehow became unglued. I could hear wind and water would leak when it rained...came here purchased a new windshield and was out the door in less than an hour. I would suggest getting there early because they get busy quickly. Easy, affordable and fast✅

Update: Walter called and worked through the issues with the windshield part number. He ordered the it and I had it installed. They did a great job with a great price. I am very happy that he reviewed and researched the issue and took care of us.Requested quote on front windshield. Promptly provided the quote. I called the next business day to request the service. They do not make appointments. She ordered the glass replacement and said that it would be in by 1130 that day and would call. No call. My husband asked for me to check the following day. I called. They are unable to get the glass and never provided me this information nor do they know the replenishment timeline of the warehouse. I further asked what do they do in this situation. They said that they could do nothing.

Wow! What an amazing service and find. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff. Got there and needed a new windshield for my 2018 Dodge Ram 3500. Thought it was going to cost me much more. New one installed with about 45 minutes labor was only $155. Who does that anymore? Hell a mechanic is going to charge $100 an hour . They removed and reinstalled the mirror and toll tags too. They also guarantee their work. I highly recommend this business.

I forgot the guy at the desk name but he is very informative. He answered all of my questions and when he wasn't sure he went to look at my truck then came back with an answer. Ordered my windshield on Christmas eve(Thursday) and informed me it would be in Saturday between 11-11:30am and it was. As soon as I pulled up before I could even get out the truck I was greeted and they were ready for me. Windshield replacement was less than an hour. After installation care was provided to me before they started and after they finished. Also informed me of their warranty. It's been a week since installation and has rained several times. NO leaks have occurred. As far as their name, they did have the lowest price from the 5 or 6 other places I called and/or received an online quote. Thanks guys, great job!

So I needed a repair ASAP (as we all do🥴) The man that answered the phone was the most pleasant!!! He didn’t have my window but was able to have it by 2:30pm. I called at about 12:30pm. He says it’ll be a 45 min job. So I get there and we get to going. He asks for the keys and he leaves. Moments later he came in and told me that he ordered the wrong window. Let me say that it was my fault because I said driver passenger rear so I threw it all off. So I did get discouraged a little but he says let me see if I can find the right one. He leaves and I’m being patient and stuff ya know. 20 maybe 35 min later he looks up and says I’m sorry they are almost done. I found one. My price even dropped about 30$ because it was a used window!!!!! Honesty out of this world. My 10$ was still on the floor when I came back. Timely. Professional. And it seems like no problems to big. Even if we create the problems ourselves. Thank you so much for your service. Stop looking. You found the place you need to be.

I had a fantastic experience with Jacob’s Low Price Auto Glass. My front windshield had a pretty big crack in it. I called around 12:30 pm and even though they didn’t have my window in stock, they said they would have one in two hours. I pulled up and made myself comfortable in their waiting room. It only took about 30 minutes and I was on my way!The waiting room wasn’t fancy or anything, but the reason why I’m giving 5 stars is that the guys at Jacob’s were fast and friendly and the price was so much better than I thought it would be.

My only complaint is that they use a black tape, unlike the blue tape used by most, and it left residue on my black molding around my windshield. I will try to use some Goop Off & see if that works.

I visited this place today on a short notice and was in and out as if I had an appointment scheduled. I received a quote over the phone for a window motor. Once I arrived, the price was still the same, a plus in my book. After my window was inspected, it appeared to be something minor. I highly recommend this place to anyone! I called at 8:45am and the guy on the phone told me he'll order it but can have it by ten. So after the fast service, I took my mom's ford focus to get her front windshield replaced. (out of coincidence someone called for the same window at the same time for the infiniti and even Walter took care of them.) GREAT PRICE.I forgot the girls name in the front desk but i believe the guys name is Walter. I checked several auto glass shops and after calling Jacobs they quoted me the best price by 45 dollars. Not only were they cheaper they said come on in. I was 15 minutes away and was in and out in 20 minutes. There were 3 cars and a semi tractor ahead of me. Fast quality installation. Friendly people. Highly recommend. (By the way, I should have replaced the windshield when I had the chips repaired last year for 60 dollars. Live and learn.)

Y’all...they are amazing. For one of my motorized side windows I was quoted above $300 at almost all places, with $210 being the cheapest. Know how much they charged me here? $130!!!! I was skeptical at first of the low price, but they were very friendly, worked quickly, offered to have my Part sent same-day, My Window looks great , AND they even vacuumed my seat for me to remove the rest of the stubborn glass. I honestly just don’t have a single bad thing to say about them. I will refer EVERYONE here from now on out!

I called in for a front window windshield at 930am and I came early at 1120 and they didn't have no problem accepting the car early. They started and by the time the windshield was taken out my new one arrived. In and out in 45 minutes. All the guys was nice and people friendly and Not Flirty...Thanks God you can go somewhere without all the drama... The inside of the place was cleaning and organized...YEAH???? Great ServiceThe best part they called to make sure I don't for to take the tape of the car tonight and to check on there work...

All workers at Jacob's Low Price Auto Glass are super friendly and easy going. Initially going to get my hail damaged windshield fixed was not something I was enthused to do due to the time inconveniences and as it could be pricey but, dealing with Mr. Walter made the experience more relaxing. He was very understanding, personable, and on time. I was in and out of the shop in less than an hour! And I was charged less than other companies I contacted. I do not wish to have another windshield problem but if anything does happen to my car's windshield or anyone I know that needs their glass fixed I will definitely refer them to Jocob's Low Price Auto Glass! Thank you for your amazing customer service!

5 *****'s are not enough to rate this shop . I have written several reviews that turn out to be short stories on how nice the owner is and how hard that is , People mistake kindness for weakness most of the time. Nice guys don't finish last, they work themselves to death. These guys are all helpful , friendly and make no mistake... they take care of the customer and do a better job than you could ever hope for. You will leave knowing you got a good deal for a unbelievable price. and as if you have a new friend in the business... I hate to say this but Mr. Jacobs,sir...you are wasting your time running the best glass place on the planet, you should be running the planet. I might knock the windows out of my other cars so I can come hang out. (BTW I own and have run my own automotive business for over 30 something years) Thank you guys !!!
